There are a lot of diets out today. The promethian diet, the carb-rotation diet, the Alkin’s diet, the California diet, etc….. Anyone studying nutrition should have an idea of what is going on in these eating plans, even if – ultimately- these plans prove to be unsuccessful. Especially as we are entering an age of commerce where farms often provide fruits and vegetables which look the same, but yield far fewer nutrients because of the over farming of the soil. Of course we need nutrients to fuel us, yet not just for fuel, also for construction. We build an army of antibodies, anti-oxidants, organelles, membrane networks, etc, to do some of the fighting for us when smart food choice is not enough. And it’s not enough, the harmful elements of nature will attack the weak and strong alike.
Cancer is a form of the body attacking itself. You can use use your Blood to fight cancer. Cancer crops up in almost everyone to some extent, but usually it is unstable and fizzles out before it is even visible without a microscope.There really are a lot of fascinating effects which can be obtained from altering one’s diet. Now, it pays to be patient. Most of the effects people are used to in their diet come from things like stimulants; coffee, refined sugar, guarine in energy drinks, etc… These substances have a very rapid effect on the body. Most people who have ever tried these things would ever deny that there is a definite and almost immediately noticeable effect. Other things, like niacin, vitamin C, aspirin, glucosamine, and arginine, have very distinct effects but most people cannot feel them until a month of supplementation has passed. Adjusting your blood pH can have many noticeable effects, one of which is in fighting cancers.
There is way more information to be had than I am going to even hint at here. I’d just like to give you a good lead to follow in your progress towards better understanding. The acid-alkaline diet is one of these modern eating plans. The focus is upon controlling the pH balance of the blood. If you’re unfamiliar with pH, don’t be too much of a skeptic! You already know that somethings are acids and some things are bases, (alkaline.) It’s easy to believe the principle of “you are what you eat.” If you eat acidic foods, your blood becomes more acidic on average, and if you eat alkaline foods, your blood becomes more basic. This has a tremendous effect on what goes on in your bloodstream. Blood feeds everything
Yummy! Refers you to a great site which has a free chart showing you which foods are acidic, and which are alkaline. There is a lot of work involved, but you can do it! We are entering a great era where modern medicine can do some great things, but medicine needs your help too! Don’t place your hopes on ‘being fixed,’ fix yourself in advance!
